For to long we have allowed the cynics and the doubters to tell us what can be done in this country and in this world and it has left us with the mess we have. That all changes tonight in Iowa. Tonight led by Barack Obama we will begin to take our country back and begin the transformation in the United States that will lead to not only a better country here but a better world as well.

There is a power in the belief of hope and tonight thousands of Iowans of all ages, races, and backgrounds will brave the cold and stand up and show all of us that the power of a dream and the power of hope can change the world.

I am excited to say that I support Barack Obama for president and am looking forward to a new era of change and hope that begins tonight in Iowa!
