My Weekend
Well it was a busy weekend but a fun one. After work on Friday I hung out with some people from the office. After that I went with some people to see the new Adam Sandler movie “Spanglish”. While the movie was a chic flic it was fun just hanging out with some friends. So I am glad I went.
On Saturday I hung out with Chase for awhile then I went to Tronster’s cocktail party which was a lot of fun. I love hanging out with my friends from Horizon and this was different because we were all dressed in formal attire. After this party I had the honor of being with Joanna and others to celebrate her 21st birthday. While clubbing it downtown is not my favorite thing to do, it was a lot of fun and I am glad I went.
Then yesterday after church I hung out with Dan, Alicia, and Alicia’s brother Jarrett. It was a good time and Jarrett is a really good guy and I love his blog. Tonight we are hooking up with them and Joy and Shirley for a Christmas dinner which should be a lot of fun. Thanks Alicia for preparing this meal.
Also yesterday we had our last Advent service of the year at Dan and Alicia’s. Thanks Dan for doing this, it has been a great way to spend the Sundays leading up to Christmas.
