Yesterday was a great day!

It started with the yearly joint Horizon Church service in Towson. It is so great to think about one day having churches all over but there is something really special and powerful when we all come together as one church and worship God, it was great.

Later in the day we went to the Hux’s for a cookout. I love hanging out with everybody and we even got to play some football.

Then came the time for the Baptisms. After some time of worship led by Jamie (I’m so glad Jamie & Cara Shey were in town from NC) it was time to get baptized. It was without a doubt one of the greatest experiences of my life. To get to go in front of all your friends and proclaim your faith in the Lord is such an awesome experience. Joy, Thank You so much for baptizing me, you have done more in my life than you could ever know and your friendship is so important to me. Dan and Alicia, you have been such good friends as well and I am so glad that God put you all in my life. Also to Amanda and Tasha I’m glad you all shared in this with me as well.

As I look back at the past year and a half I am excited to see all the changes God has put into my life and I look ahead with excitement as He leads me and all of us into the future.
