no more sun paper

It has occurred to me that over the last couple of months I have shifted from reading the Bible or other books or Christian articles to reading the Sun paper again in the morning. I have reverted back to how I was when I was in politics of getting up and rushing downstairs and getting the paper only to read through it to see what was going on. It really is not a relaxing way to start the day especially when articles are in there that I don’t like or agree with. This morning I started a devotional book as I have been really stressed out and thought this might help and it was a terrific morning spent with God so I have taken a step that I thought would be hard to do but really was not and truthfully one I should have done years ago and that was to cancel my subscription with the the Sun. I need to realize that I don’t always have to be the first to know what is going on and I don’t have to be the one with the answer because God already knows I just have to have the faith to trust that He does. I think this morning is a good first step back on that path.
